All content created and published by Spronix on your behalf remains your intellectual property. By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to generate, manage, and publish content on your website or associated platforms for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination, you retain full rights to any published content. We do not reuse or resell your materials. All intellectual property relating to the Spronix platform, systems, and internal methodologies remains the exclusive property of The Ohlo Group Ltd.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Users agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless required otherwise by local law. U.S. users waive the right to file claims in U.S. courts unless legally required.
In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The seat of arbitration is London, United Kingdom.
