This document outlines the terms of service, privacy policy, and related legal information governing the use of Spronix, a service provided by The Ohlo Group Ltd (Company No. 10488178), based in the UK and serving clients internationally.

1. Introduction

Spronix is a hosted SaaS platform that publishes SEO content on behalf of business users. By using Spronix, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and acknowledge the Privacy Policy contained within this same document.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

 3. Service Description

Spronix is a subscription-based content generation and publication tool. It:

  • Generates SEO-optimised, long-form blog articles.
  • Publishes automatically.
  • Uses competitor keyword tracking.
  • Includes monthly summary reports for clients.
  • Integrates with major platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).

4. Data Collection and Use

We collect the following data from users:

  • Name, email, phone number, business address.
  • Website access credentials for publishing.
  • Google Analytics usage data.

 How We Collect It:

  • Forms during onboarding.
  • Third-party analytics integrations.

 Why We Collect It:

  • To authenticate users.
  • To provide automated publishing.
  • To generate reports.
  • For internal analytics and service improvement.

We do not use this data for marketing unless the user has opted in.

4.1 Use of Anonymised Data for Product Improvement and Marketing

Spronix may analyse usage data in anonymised and aggregated form to improve the service, develop insights, and inform product development. No personally identifiable information (PII) is used in these processes.

Spronix also reserves the right to use anonymised performance metrics for its own marketing purposes, such as showcasing traffic gains, SEO performance, or system reliability. This data will never identify individual clients without their explicit written consent.

4.2 Request for Public Client References

From time to time, Spronix may request permission from clients to publicly reference their name, logo, or project outcomes in marketing materials (e.g. case studies, testimonials, website copy). Clients are under no obligation to agree and may revoke such permission at any time by emailing info@spronix.co.

We do not transfer data outside the UK/EU. We do not store or process any personal data belonging to our users’ customers.

  • We do not allow user-generated content beyond basic post settings.
  • We do not delete content automatically unless required for legal compliance.

  • Reporting technical or publishing issues to Spronix.

 9. AI Disclaimer

Content generated via Spronix is powered in part by large language models (LLMs). While we apply filters and provide content strategies tailored to your market and input, AI-generated outputs may occasionally include hallucinations, outdated information, or disallowed subjects; even if restrictions were explicitly stated.

We accept no liability for reputational, financial, or operational harm resulting from unintended content generation. Clients remain responsible for reviewing published material.Clients are encouraged to regularly review published content to ensure alignment with their brand, legal obligations, and market messaging.

 10. Algorithm and Platform Changes

Spronix reserves the right to:

  • Change or update its technology stack.
  • Adjust billing and pricing models with notice.
  • Update functionality to match SEO best practices or platform guidelines (e.g., Google algorithm changes).

These changes will not impact your fundamental rights, access to previously paid-for services, or previously agreed billing terms within your current subscription period.

 11. Limitation of Liability

While Spronix is designed to help increase visibility and drive traffic, we make no guarantee of specific traffic or revenue outcomes. We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Any business losses due to lower visibility, leads, or sales while using our service.
  • Any reputational, legal, or financial outcomes due to content inaccuracies or unintended messaging.
  • Platform outages, third-party service downtime, or force majeure events.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 3 months of service.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, pandemics, war, cyberattacks, or disruptions in third-party infrastructure essential to the operation of the service.

12.1 Content Ownership and Usage Rights

All content created and published by Spronix on your behalf remains your intellectual property. By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to generate, manage, and publish content on your website or associated platforms for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination, you retain full rights to any published content. We do not reuse or resell your materials. All intellectual property relating to the Spronix platform, systems, and internal methodologies remains the exclusive property of The Ohlo Group Ltd.

13. Privacy Rights by Jurisdiction

 13.1. UK & EU

  • We adhere to the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data.
  • Opt-in consent is required for marketing.
  • We aim to respond to valid data access, correction, or deletion requests within 30 days, in accordance with UK GDPR.

13.2. USA – California and Others

Spronix does not sell personal information.

California users may request:

  • Access to personal data collected.
  • Deletion of their personal data.
  • Information about data shared for business purposes.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Users agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless required otherwise by local law. U.S. users waive the right to file claims in U.S. courts unless legally required.

15. Optional Arbitration Clause

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The seat of arbitration is London, United Kingdom.

Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise ruled.

If you submit feedback, feature requests, or suggestions related to Spronix, you agree that we may use such input to improve our service without any obligation to compensate you. We reserve the right to incorporate, adapt, or reject suggestions at our discretion.
